If that's Hank instead of you...I'm letting him in.
She left the phone on the bed and walked over to the door. She didn't really think that was Hank, but she knew the two had had a rivalry...basically since the day they'd met. She wasn't planning on using the two against each other, but she couldn't resist needling him a little.
She smiled as she opened the door to ease the sting a little. After all, Hank was one of those complications she was avoiding.
"I didn't even know you were here. Found out about Scott's adventures in person, then?"
"You wouldn't." He was stood staring at that last message as she opened the door. Knowing she would just to wind him up. He put the phone away, his attention was all for her then.
"On my own doorstep." He still wasn't sure if he should be proud or just pissed off with his brother. Mostly it was the latter and that it had turned up on his doorstep. "It wasn't planned that I was here or I'd have let you know."
